COMPASSION

Easter, easter, easter,...

Jeej, it’s that time again! But what is even greater is the story behind it.
Jesus came to the earth, to our level, just to die for our sins so that we may have eternal life. Who would do that for us except Jesus?
Many of you have probably heard this thing so many times. But it stays (and it always will stay) amazing!!!

But today let‘s look at it a little differently than the classical „easter surmon“ :)

So Jesus came to this earth. He left the most amazing place where He had everything that you could possibly imagine, where He was „royal“ and everything was perfect. He left that place to come to earth so that we could have eternal life. He lowered himself to our level  and took our mistakes so that we could live, so that we could see the splender that he has (=> heaven). Jesus showed such great compassion that it’s just stunning!

Now in our lives we can take an example from Jesus.
Everyone has people around them that need help or atleast need someone that listens to them.
But we are so selfcentered. Often we don’t even see that others are going through ruff times because we are so focused on our own little (daily) things like what will we wear, eat, do or how we feel, how we can be the most confortable and stuff like that. But they are so unnecesary. We should rather put our focus on people in need. Focus on how you can help people, how you can show compassion to people around you. It doesn‘t need to be big: sometimes a small message or just a kind word will change someones day completely. You can show compassion even by just listening to them and focussing for a while on their need.

Here I have some little tips for you guys that might help:
-„Lower“ yourself to their level. So I mean understand how the person feels in their situation so that you may help them better
-Speak kind words and encourage them but not by making their problem „worthless“.
-You can ask them if they need help. They might not necessarily need anything else than kind words and someone to talk to but still give them the oppertunity to ask for help.

=>So now while you reflect on what Jesus did on the cross 2000 years ago, also think about what you can do to share that love that you get from God.
Show compassion to others like Jesus showed compassion to us and share His compassion with the world!

HIS plan

Helloo!!

I hope your all doing good! :)
Let’s dive right away into the topic.

As christians we all know that God is greater than the enemy, that God is the king of the world. We all know that God is powerful and that his ways are perfect. But what we often question is why God let’s „bad“ things happen to us. Why we need to go through storms even though God could stop them and He could have already stopped them in the time of Adam and Eve.
I have questioned these things a lot but I got the answer now and you need to here this!

So God let’s these storms happen because He wants to show the devil that He is stronger and in control of everything.
We see that even with feelings: when God gives joy/love/peace/... they are so much stronger than the bad feelings/pain we go through.

He also let’s these things happen because He wants to teach you and make you stronger so that you can be a better witness for Him. Because if you never go through hard stuff, you also don’t learn and you can’t help others that go through the same things.

CONCLUSION: God let’s the bad things happen not to harm us but to build us up and to glorify Him.

One more thing! The bad things never come from God but God sometimes doesn’t stop the bad things. But God knows what you are capable of and stops bad stuff when He sees you are to week for them.
His plan is to prosper you and not to harm you!!!

CULTURES

Hey people!

I haven’t been able to write in a long time because of my sickness but here I am again :).

Today’s topic is culture. We all come from different cultures according to the country that we are from and our family roots.

I myself see multiple different cultures every day because I live in a city with a lot of different cultures. Even at home we are a mix of several cultures. It is really fun and exciting but sometimes it is a serious struggle.
You might have awkward situations because you don’t have the same native language in common or you have a different non-verbal communication or...

But we easily judge others for doing things differently than us. People, please stop judging!
There is no point in judging something that isn’t wrong. It’s just different.
Instead of judging you should be happy that you got the opportunity to learn more about a new culture.
And instead of being scared to face new cultures, see it as a way to learn more about people and the world that God created.

ALSO everyone was created by God our father. So even if our cultures are different, we still have the same father and are one family because of Him.

So let’s love each other and appreciate each others cultures!

•Colossians 3:11

Be blessed this week!
